MEET THE TEAM.

David P. Waldek, CPA

Dave has over 17 years of financial experience in the service and manufacturing industries, mostly with publicly held companies. He was Chief Financial Officer for Albany Molecular Research, Inc., a publicly held leading chemistry-based drug discovery and development company.

While at AMRI, Dave was responsible for finance, business development, investor relations, information technology, and facilities management. He managed a $120 million public offering, and helped coordinate five acquisitions and the investment in three additional private companies. Prior to AMRI, Dave was Vice President, Finance of Boston Scientific/NAMIC, a manufacturer of medical devices used to treat cardiovascular disease.

While at NAMIC, he participated in the company's initial public offering and the establishment of several international subsidiaries. Prior to NAMIC, Dave worked at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Simon Graduate School of Business Administratoin

David M, Wojeski, CPA

Dave Wojeski is the founder and Managing Director of Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C. and is also a partner in the affiliated companies Valuation Resource Group, LLC, Greenbush Financial Group, LLC, and Integrated Technology Group, LLC. Dave's expertise is in advising closely held companies on merger and acquisition strategies, transaction structure and strategic planning for high growth companies.

Dave has been involved in numerous transactions both as an advisor and as an entrepreneur. Wojeski & Company, located in East Greenbush, NY, has a staff of 20 people, including 11 certified public accountants.

Dave graduated summa cum laude with a B. S. degree from the State University of New York at Albany and worked for several years at the Big Four firm of Ernst & Young. He is a registered CPA in the State of New York.
